Abs + Body offers a 6 week at home workout program or in the gym to get you ready for the rest of your life. All done on my personal app that is invite only. You'll learn anchor habits that will have you training and living life differently from this point on! As well as self accountibility & most importantly, self love. ABs+BODY Just You includes the same app access benefits with the Abs + BODY program. Daily workouts, automated timer, videos & chat board for community support. A+B Just You is for more of the independant person.
The program consists of:
- 30 workouts
- 3 options for every workout Body Weight, Mini Band and/or Weighted
- Built in automated workout timer
- Video demonstrations for each exercise
- Members will be required to commit to a minimum of 4 workouts a week
- Progressive Programming (It never gets easier)
- Accountability tools
- BeOne Fitness App is Fitbit and MyFitness Pal compatible
