I specialize in strength & conditioning, group fitness, one on one personal training and Nutritional Guidance.  I began making my way into the fitness industry in 2014 and have fallen in love! I love what I do because seeing people achieve what they believe is the impossible is selfishly addicting. Supporting others in physical and emotional development is my passion.  Also big dog & ocean lover!

ABs + BODY has provided me with 3 things necessary to survive quarantine - a set program to follow, accountability, something to make me sweat indoors! Knowing I don't have to think about my workouts + that someone is making sure I do them has been a huge help in the motivation department.  The app is super easy to use.  Once you press start you don't have to worry about anything other than moving your body and what playlist is going to help you do that.  I also love the group Zoom classes with Becca once a week.  It's a nice to balance the personal interaction in there too.
